I just had a co-worker lose his tracker to a blown motor. claimed that he couldn't find a motor to swap in but he is an older gentleman and I wonder how much of it was that or just after everything he sunk into the money pit he bought from a dealer with a horrible rep rather than he couldn't find it. Today I went to a locak junk yard and found the Tracker's really are disappearing. What I thought of was...what are you the owners of the older body styles of Trackers finding?

What exactly is blown on the engine? Depending on what it is, what size engine and what year I might have parts for him.

All he said is he blew the engine and was told he needed a new motor cause it couldn't be fixed. he said it got so hot it melted the top of the radiator. But doesn't matter...he traded it into a local mennonite auto mechanic and got a Mini Van from them for $800.

Sucks I wanted to ask about his trailor hitch before he dumped it but he dumped it too fast.
